The tools

`resolve_issuer`	Who is this issuer — by name, ticker, ISIN, LEI, CIK or Companies House number.
`get_issuer`	One issuer row: name, tickers, identifiers, status, claim standing; the full signed row paid inside the call.
`list_filings`	The rows the record holds for an issuer, newest first, from a date; the signed rows paid inside the call.
`get_delta`	What an issuer has filed since your last read; the signed delta paid inside the call.
`get_row`	One news row by id; the full signed row paid inside the call.
`claim_row`	An issuer claims its row, free: its domain and a contact.

Reads

Reads are open at the facts level: who the issuer is, what rows the record holds, the count and ids of the delta. The full signed rows and the signed delta are paid inside the call (x402, USD Coin and Open USD on Base); the paid door answers first at https://x402.a2a-amn.ai/mcp. Settlements are counted and receipted at /settlements — counts and receipts, no amounts.
